Delivery Time
When we process your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will be emailed to you along with your order acknowledgment.

Calculating Cost
Shipping and handling costs for orders from Ayers Hand Woven depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.To calculate the cost of shipping, place your item(s) in the Shopping Cart. From the Cart, you can see what the estimated shipping cost will be. It shows the total estimated cost of shipping and handling of your entire order at the bottom of the page.

Our Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. If there is extenuating circumtances then please contact us and it is considered on a case by case basis.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number.

If we accept the returned product you are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
